Yoghurt – when made fresh at home, and it is not difficult at all, it is so sweet and nutritious. Commercial yoghurt often has fillers and milk solids, sugar and ‘various things’. Look for one that had milk and culture only (it is hard to find).

It is nourishing and a good digestive especially at lunch  and mixed 50/50 with water (and some spices) – Lassi. It is heavy in nature and the more sour it is the more heating it is. So Pitta  and Kapha be careful.
