green beans

Green beans: they are cleansing for the blood and liver. They the benefits of dried legumes but are easier to digest. In the garden they often keep producing long after you think they are finished.  Recently  I was served the white seeds from them as they had gone to seed and were dried (as a legume or pulse). Delicious in a pasta sauce.

High in mineral and other nutrients, they are good for all (vata does better if well cooked with a little oil).
